Mr Li is the founding Chairman of Ouro Mining, Inc.
Mr. Li began his career in the non-ferrous
metal industry in the 1980's and was responsible for metal
and mineral marketing and resource management. Mr Li has over
25 years of project development and operations experience.
Mr Li has leveraged his extensive knowledge
of the mineral and metal businesses and his strong leadership
capabilities to bring success to many ventures.
Mr Li negotiated and completed the acquisitions
of the Metamining, Inc portfolio of coking coal and iron ore
mining tenements and reserves which are now being managed
Mr Paul A. Ingram - MAusIMM
Executive Director and CEO
Mr Ingram is a geologist with over 36 years of experience.
He has worked in South East Asia and the Far East for the
last twenty years where he has directed major mineral exploration
programs and raised required capital for funding this work.
Mr Ingram has managed all phases of project
development from initial assessment, financing and mining.
He has operated in numerous countries including Australia,
Mexico, Greece, Thailand, Laos, China, Malaysia, Myanmar and
Mr Ingram was the founder of Caledon Resources
PLC, with coal operations in Queensland and later founded
Polo Resources PLC with coal projects in Mongolia.
Mr Ingram is a member of the Austraian Institute
of Mining and Metallurgical Society, a Member of the Mining
Industry Consultants Association and a Competent Person (Geology).
Mr John Fisher-Stamp

Mr Fisher-Stamp is a Chartered Accountant who has over
28 years of experience in the Public Practice and 5 years
business consulting experience working in the USA, UK, and
Mr Fisher-Stamp’s experience extends
to 10 years as a Principal with the DKM Group, Brisbane, Australia
and 10 years as a Partner with Deloitte, Brisbane, Australia.
During this period Mr Fisher-Stamp provided consulting services
to companies within the Mining Industry in Australia and overseas
in areas of corporate taxation, business advisory, corporate
governance and support services.
Mr Fisher-Stamp is a Non-Executive Director
of ASX listed A-Cap Resources Limited and is a current director
of APRA regulated ADI, QT Mutual Bank Limited.
Mr Gordon Galt - G. Eng.(Mining),
BComm, GDipAppFin (Finsia), MAuslM, GAICD
Mr Galt has worked in the resources and finance industries
for over 35 years and is currently a principal of an Australian
based resources investment fund manager.
Mr Galt has extensive technical, operational,
project management and senior managerial experience in the
Australian coal industry at Thiess, Capricorn Coal, Exxon
Coal and Minerals, Ulan Coal Mines and Cumnock Coal. Mr Galt
has served as Managing Director at Cumnock Coal, Newcrest
Mining and Magnesium International and also spent several
years as a Managing Director at ABN AMRO Bank Australasia
focused on the Energy, Pharmaceutical and Chemical sectors.
Mr Galt is currently a Non-Executive Director
of ASX listed Aquila Resources Limited, Navigator Resources
Limited and Chairman of NuCoal Resources Limited. Mr Galt
is a former Non-Executive Director of Gloucester Coal Limited.

experience in industry, including surface and underground
coal and metal mines.
Mr Pitrolo is well versed in engineering,
maintenance and mine operations. Mr Pitrolo has held supervisory
and management positions domestically and internationally
with executive role experience gained with Imperial Oil Limited,
Canada, Monterey Coal Company, USA. and Exxon Coal and Minerals,
USA and Australia.
Mr Michael Liu - MA, MBA
Mr Liu is current Chairman of East China Capital Investments
Ltd. Mr Liu has over 20 years’ experience in public
company management, corporate investment and finance, and
In the past 10 years, Mr Liu has overseen
several successful acquisitions and divestitures of mining
assets including gold, copper, and coal in China and overseas.
Mr Liu holds an MA from UNB and an MBA from
UBC in Canada and involved in a number of public companies
listed in Canada, UK, and USA as a Director.
Mr Mark A. E. Syropoulo

Mr Mark A. E. Syropoulo has been an Independent Corporate
Consultant since 1994 and has during that time provided services
to entities in the natural resources, information technology
and investment sectors, principally in Australia, USA and
recently China where Mr Syropoulo just completed five years
residence in Shanghai.
Over the course of his career, Mr Syropoulo
has worked in stock broking, corporate finance and investment
management. Mr Syropoulo has also served as an executive or
non-executive director on several public company board(s)
on LSE, AIM, Nasdaq and ASX markets.
Mr Syropoulo is a BSc graduate (Mathematics
and Economics) and a BSc Hons in Economics of the University
of Natal Durban, South Africa.
Lynn Neuhaus - BSc Management
Heavener Surface Infrastructure
Lynn has 36 years of experience with ExxonMobil working
at coal mining operations and was primarily responsible for
the management and safe operation of surface and underground
mining related activities including environmental compliance.
Lynn has extensive knowledge in the operations and maintenance
of crushing, conveying, screening, rotating equipment and
mobile mining heavy equipment and construction of mining waste
disposal sites including surface water management.

Heavener Project Manager
Harry is a geologist with over thirty years' experience
managing exploration and mining projects throughout the world.
Harry recently was in charge of a major coal project in Mongolia
(associated with Peabody), and currently manages the Heavener
Coking Coal Project in Arkansas. Harry specialises in all
phases of resource definition through to JORC standard.
